At G&H Yarn Haus, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and with as little fuss as possible. Below is an overview of how our shipping process works when you shop through our Shopify store.
How We Ship
We ship all orders through UPS, using our shipping partner Shippo to ensure accurate rates and smooth delivery. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Processing Time
Most orders are packed and ready to go within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email letting you know your order is on its way. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, but we always work to get your yarn and supplies to you as quickly as we can.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the UPS services available to your area. Shopify automatically provides accurate real-time rates so you can choose the option that works best for you.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. Standard UPS shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, though actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal volume.
Once your package is with UPS, you can track progress using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Where We Ship
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us through the contact form on our website. We’ll look into the issue right away and work with UPS to help resolve it.
For damage claims, having photos of the packaging and item really helps speed things along.
