La Droguerie

La Droguerie is a renowned French family-run haberdashery. This creative “apothecary” style craft shop was founded in 1975 and carries more than yarn but is famous for their “Wall of Color” featuring high end yarns sold by weight. Yarn stores in France tend to feature their own line of yarns and La Droguerie is no different. They chose their yarns for quality and unique texture and feature a variety of alpaca, kid mohair, linen, silk, bamboo, blended and recycled yarns. The yarns are all produced and dyed at the Couleurs & Textils dye house on the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise in Mallièvre. La Droguerie has several retail locations in France and Japan and is a must-visit for knitters and crafters.
