Knit In Public Day | 6.13.26

Join in and knit out loud!

We will sit on the Elm Street side of our building and knit, spin or crochet for all to see. 

Bring a project. Bring a friend. Bring a chair! 

Viola Cafe will provide us with refreshments.

We will provide limited seating, but better bring a chair.

World Wide Knit in Public Day is the largest global, knitter-run event in the world. Initiated in 2005 it encourages crafters to bring their fiber arts out of their homes and into public spaces to foster community, share skills, and break the stereotype that knitting is an indoor-only activity.
